【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundaluminiumwindingwireofclass180withasolecoatingbasedonpolyesterimideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.NOTEAmodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class180isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof180andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast200°C.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardisasfollows:–grade1:0,400mmuptoandincluding1,600mm;–grade2:0,400mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.ThenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinClause4ofIEC60317-0-3.
