Scope:This specification covers a corrosion and heat resistant nickel alloy in the form of bars, forgings, flash welded rings, and stock for forging or flash welded rings. 【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesagenericAVI/AEISystemspecificationfornominalAVI/AEItoprovideanenablingInternationalStandard,which,whilstallowingthesystemspecifiertodeterminetheperformancelevelsandoperatingconditions,providesaframeworkfornominalinteroperability.WithintheroadcontextoftheTransportandTrafficTelematicsSector,AVIandAEIsystemshavethespecificobjectiveofachievingauniqueorunambiguouspositiveidentificationofavehicleoritemofequipment,andtomakethatidentificationautomatically.WhilstAVImayalsobeseenasanessentialcomponentofsomeapplications,theparticularneedsofsuchsystemsareoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.Asfarasispossible,careisstilltakentoprovideausefultoolforsuchapplications.ThisInternationalStandardonlyreferstoAVI/AEIintheroadenvironment.MultimodalandintermodalexchangesofAVI/AEIareoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.WhereAVI/AEIapplicationsarepartofalargersystem,andwherenostandardizedapplication-specifictestrequirementsexist,thesetestrequirementsapply.AnonymityandprivacyissuesarediscussedinISO14816,andarenothandledinthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardisdesignedforsystemspecificationthatwillenableanominalinteroperabilitybasedonaDSRClink.AVI/AEIsystemsthatarerelyingonotherlinktypesareoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandardforthoseparameterswherethelinktypeinfluencesparameters.ThescopeofthisInternationalStandardisconfinedtogenericAVI/AEIsystemspecificationforsystemsthathavethefollowing"core"components:—Ameansofcommunicationbetweenthevehicle/equipmentandthereadingstation(e.g.aDSRClink);—operationwithinareferencearchitecturewhichenablescompatiblesystemstoreadandinterprettheidentification(SeeISOTR14814);—compliancetocommonlyunderstooddatastructuresthatenablemeaningfulinterpretationofthedataexchangedintheidentificationsequence(SeeISO14816);—theprovisionofoperatingandenvironmentalparameters(orclassesofoperatingparameters)withinwhichsuchsystemsmustsuccessfullyfunctionwithoutimpairinginteroperability.ThisistoensurethatthesystemspecifiercanstatehisrequirementsclearlytoImplementationDesignersandIntegrators,andmeasuretheperformanceofsuchsystems(coveredinthisInternationalStandard).
