【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodisusedtoevaluatetheantimicrobialefficacyofsanitizersonprecleanedinanimate,nonporous,non-foodcontactsurfaces.1.2Thistestmethodmayalsobeusedtoevaluatetheantimicrobialefficacyofone-stepcleaner/sanitizerformulationsrecommendedforuseonlightlysoiled,inanimate,nonporous,non-foodcontactsurfaces.1.3ItistheresponsibilityoftheinvestigatortodeterminewhetherGoodLaboratoryPractices(GLP)isrequiredandtofollowthemwhereappropriate(seesection40CFR,160)orasrevised.1.4Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,chemicalsandmicroorganismsandshouldbeperformedonlybypersonswhohavehadformalmicrobiologicaltraining.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
