【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversaluminum-alloycastings,producedbythethixocast,rheocast,semi-solidandsqueezecastingprocesses,showninTable1.1.2Thisspecificationisnotintendedforcastingsusedinaerospaceapplications.1.3AlloyandtemperdesignationsareinaccordancewithANSIH35.1/H35.1(M).TheequivalentunifiednumberingsystemalloydesignationsareinaccordancewithPracticeE527.1.4Unlesstheorderspecifiesthex201C;Mx201D;specificationdesignation,thematerialshallbefurnishedtotheinch-poundunits.1.5Foracceptancecriteriaforinclusionofnewaluminumandaluminumalloysandtheirpropertiesinthisspecification,seeAnnexA1andAnnexA2.1.6ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
